Laneige loots from Qoo10

I ordered these pretty bottles nicely bubble wrapped from Qoo10.sg and they took almost a month to arrive from Korea. I was getting slightly impatient nearing the 3rd week, but was delighted to have them now (:

I have been trying to do a switch from my then skincare regime from Niks to Laneige since mid 2012 and I am almost done. These are the products that I am currently using:

1) Laneige Oil Free Cleansing Liquid

2) Power Essential Skin Refiner

3) Perfect Renew Emulsion

4)  SKII Signature Eye Cream

5) Laneige Waterbank Gel Cream (I am almost done with this and am waiting for my Perfect Renew cream now)

6) Laneige Firming Sleeping Pack/Laneige Water Sleeping Pack/The Faceshop Raspberry Roots Sleeping Mask

I have a combination skin - oily at the T-zone area and cheeks, and dry at the others. The salesperson at the Laneige booth recommended

Laneige Oil Free Cleansing Liquid

I just opened this yesterday and it felt oily at first touch. It is recommended to wash off with lukewarm water, but I washed it off with room temperature water since it was a hot day. And who switches on the heater when the weather is at a blazing 34deg celsius with minimal clouds!

I was a tad surprised when it did not leave an oily feeling on my skin despite the initial texture. Would have to use this for a while more in order to give my honest opinion about this.

Laneige Power Essential Skin Refiner

This is pretty good for sensitive skin as the alcohol content is lower. It does not sting your face and is absorbed quickly. I cannot really tell the different between what is good and bad toners, so as long as this is not sticky and it does not sting my face, i am all for it!

Laneige Perfect Renew Emulsion

I love how light this pre-moisturizer is and it is amazing how fast my skin absorbs this. The best thing is that it comes in a pump dispenser. I hate using moisturizers that leave a sticky feel to your skin, so this is really a good product. 

SKII Signature Eye Cream

 

This product actually contradicts what I said earlier on as it is quite a heavy eye cream. Most eye creams tend to give me millia seeds and this annoys the hell out of me when I see a new one popping. Hence, I was really taken aback by this product. Now, I use this around my eye area twice a day along with the eye massage on the pressure points. The eye massage helps to bring down the puffiness from the water retention. I have this habit of drinking water just before I go to bed, and I used to wake up with hideously looking eyes hidden behind huge eye bags. My eyes have been looking brighter after the massage, and so I am sticking to it now (:

Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream

I love this product and the only reason why I purchased the Perfect Renew Cream is that I have to start using anti-ageing products and that was the one recommended by the salesperson at the counter. This product is very much like the Water Sleeping Pack which is my most favourite mask! The texture is very watery and is easily absorbed by your skin.

I am planning to add Perfect Renew Essence and Night Treatment after I am 100% comfortable with the new skincare regime.
